Hiện nay chúng tôi đang cần tuyển nhân viên ở vị trí Business Development Manager Assistant cho dự án về Travel Online Booking. Làm việc tại vị trí này các bạn sẽ có rất nhiều cơ hội du lịch xa, hiểu thêm về lĩnh vực mạng và làm việc với các Vendor lớn trong lĩnh vực Du lịch, Khách sạn...
Ưu tiên cho các ứng viên đạt tiêu chuẩn sau:
- Thành thạo kỹ năng về vi tính
- Làm việc có tổ chức
- Khả năng giao tiếp tốt
- Sẵn sàng đi công tác xa

Job description:
1. Support the Business Development Manager in developing and maintaining relationships with Vietnamese and international vendors/partners
2. Liaise with domestic and international vendors/partners for contract. Ensure pricing and inventory competitiveness. Directly involves in some vendors/partners negotiation
3. Supervise the participation of the vendors/partners on the website
4. Evaluate and monitor the quality of the service provided by vendors/ partner
5. Manage the update from vendors and update to relevant teams
6. Work closely with Content Team to update the information on website: supply the necessary information about vendors/partners, guarantee the accuracy of the information, double check the posted information to ensure highest accurateness
7. Work closely with Marketing Team in Company’s marketing activities
8. Assist Account Team regarding any financial issues
9. Recommend and participate in the development of new products.
10. Initiate sales calls to generate vendors support, gather market intelligences and meet prospective vendors
11. Other duties as assigned
Administration:
1. Prepare and manage the documents to work with all vendors/partners
2. Manage weekly and monthly supplier and internal reports
3. Manage supplier data in distribution systems
4. Participate in system development, upgrade, and maintenance related to department.

1. University graduate – preferably in tourism field
2. Previous working experience is an advantage
3. Computer Skills: Professional in Microsoft Applications and Internet
4. Language Skills: Fluent in English
5. Negotiation skill is an advantage
6. Able to travel
7. Competencies: Organized, Communication, Integrity, Statistical and analytical capacity, Customer Service Orientation, Flexibility, Team Working
