NEPAL _ Tour trek Everest Base Camp (giữa T3/2017) - Cùng chinh phục chính mình

Chào các bạn.
Tiếp nối niềm cảm hứng của những đoàn Việt Nam đã trek EBC cuối năm 2016, chúng tôi cùng quyết tâm làm một chuyến để chinh phục thử thách bản thân và niềm đam mê của mình.

Đã đặt vé mày bay HAN - Quảng Châu - Kathmandu ( Đi 14 về 29/3/2017), giờ là tập luyện và cùng hướng tới đam mê.

Team mình đã liên hệ qua Tour của bác Ob và Uttam (Đoàn VN vừa đi tháng 10 )

Lịch trình dự kiến khi đến Kathmandu như sau

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and check-in to Hotel
Day 02: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2804mt) 40 m flight and trek to Phakding (2610m) – 3 hours trekking
Day 03: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar Overnight at hotel (3441mt) – 5 hours trekking
Day 04: Acclimatization at Namche Bazaar
Day 05: Trek from Namche Bazar to Tyangboche Overnight at hotel (3860mt) – 5 hours trekking
Day 06: Trek from Tyangboche to Dingboche Overnight at hotel (4360mt) – 5 hours trekking
Day 07:Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4910mt) – 5 hours trekking
Day 08: Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep (5100Mt). In the afternoon visit Everest Base Camp (5365mt) and back to Gorakshep Overnight at hotel – 8 hours trekking
Day 09: Hike up to Kalapatthar (5545m) and back to the hotel, after breakfast Take a Helicopter and flight to Kathmandu (45m Flight)
Day 10: Drive to Pokhara 7 – hrs driving
Day 11: Early morning go to sarangkot for sunrise view and back to pokhara visit around the city
Day 12: Drive to Lumbini 6-7 hrs drive
Day 13: Visit to Lumbini and take night bus to Kathmandu
Day 14: Rest at Kathmandu or if you don't have time same day departure to your country.

Ô bọn mình cũng đặt tour Uttam. Bọn mình đi Annapurna Circuit giữa tháng 4.
Chi phí dự tính của các bạn thế nào?

Không biết bạn lấy thông tin ở nguồn nào mà có vụ:

Nếu Fly Helicopter từ Gorakshep to Kathmandu thật sự giá không rẻ đâu nha ..còn nếu cheat Travel Insurance thì lại khác .

Chào mọi người.
Team mình dự định đi Heli về cho tiết kiệm thời gian và thêm một trải nghiệm. Chi phí chắc chắn sẽ cao hơn so vs tour trek thông thường (trung bình một lượt gọi Heli khoảng 4-5000$ cho 5-6 mem, nhưng bù lại sẽ có thêm thời gian tận hưởng khám phá những nét đẹp khác của Nepal ( ngoài everest).
Quan điểm của bọn mình là chưa chắc sẽ có lần sau để khám phá vì vậy phải cố gắng có những trải nghiệm đáng nhớ nhất.
Tiền có thể kiếm sau, nhưng sức khỏe và cơ hội thì ko phải lúc nào cũng đủ

Bên mình đang dự kiến khoảng 2k5 - 3k cho 15 ngày ở Nepal.
Ko ít nhưng đáng để trải nghiệm.

March 15 Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and check-in to Hotel

Representatives from Himalaya Trekking Team will welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport upon your arrival. Then they will transfer you to the hotel for one overnight stay.

March 16 Day 02: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2804mt) 40 m flight and trek to Phakding (2610m) – 3 hours trekking

Today we will escort you to the domestic terminal of Kathmandu Airport for a morning Lukla flight. During the flight, you can see very green places and white mountains. After a 40-minute flight, we arrive at Lukla Airport, also called Tenzing-Hillary Airport. Upon arrival at Lukla we will meet other members of the Himalaya Trekking Team. After some tea, coffee and packing we will start our trek through Chaurikharka village and descend towards Dudhkoshi Ghat and Phakding. Enjoy your free time in the popular stopping point Phakding.

March 17 Day 03: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar Overnight at hotel (3441mt) – 5 hours trekking

After breakfast, we will walk through a beautiful pine forest. The track leads us along the Dudhkoshi river via many suspension bridges to Monjo, about two hours away. Today we can see the wonderful prospect of the glistening Mt Thamserku (6618m). We come to the check post and entrance to the Sagarmatha National Park. After the check post we will pass the last village of Jorsale before reaching Namche Bazaar. After pass the Jorsalle village, we will follow the Dudhkoshi river for half an hour and again cross a suspension bridge. We walk all the way up to Namche Bazaar for a couple of hours, which is well known as the capital of Khumbu region. Large Sherpa village of Khumbu.

March 18 Day 04: Acclimatization at Namche Bazaar

Today is our acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar. After breakfast, we make a short excursion around Namche Bazaar which is the main centre of the Everest region and a big Sherpa village of the Khumbu region. There are government offices, ATM, Internet, Shops and many bakeries. Our guide will take you to visit the Sagarmatha National Park Headquarters and Everest View Hotel for a panoramic view of many white peaks. Visit the Sherpa museum for an overview of traditional Sherpa culture and history of mountaineering.

March 19 Day 05: Trek from Namche Bazar to Tyangboche Overnight at hotel (3860mt) – 5 hours trekking

After breakfast in Namche we start our trek to Tyanboche enjoying superb views of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and a very close view of Thamsarku. After crossing the Dudhkoshi river, it will be a slightly challenging to walk to Tyanboche for about one and half hours as the trails leads up hill. After walking uphill you will be right in the Tyangboche village which is known as one of the most beautiful places in the Khumbu Region. In Namche there is the largest Buddhist monastery of the Khumbu region. From the monastery we can see a panoramic view of the beautiful Mountains: Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and Thamserku.

March 20 Day 06: Trek from Tyangboche to Dingboche Overnight at hotel (4360mt) – 5 hours trekking

After breakfast in Tangboche we start our trek down to Diboche village through the rhododendron forest. We cross the suspension bridge of Imja Khola and climb to Pangboche past almost thousands of Mani stones. After that we arrive at the beautiful village of Pangboche. Enjoy a great opportunity to observe a typical Sherpa village. In Pangboche there is one of the oldest monasteries in this area. Our uphill trail continues to Dingboche with spectacular views of Lhotse, Island Peak & Ama Dablam. The afternoon trek will be a little difficult due to the landscape giving way to dry and deserted mountainous terrain. After 5 hours walk from Tyanboche we finally arrive in Dingboche. This is also the gateway to Chukung Village and Islang peak.

March 21 Day 07: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche (4910mt) – 5 hours trekking

Today we will have breakfast as soon as possible because the trek will gradually be more challenging due to the higher altitude, The trail passes through Dusa & Phulong Karpo. The trail gives you a wonderful opportunity to enjoy Chola Lake and breathtaking views of Mt Pumori. One hour of uphill climb from Dughla brings us to Dugh-La Pass 4620m, there is a memorial sutpa dedicated to the climbers and trekkers who lost their lives to Everest over the years. From the pass Everest Base Camp Trek now winds on the trail beside the Khumbu Glacier for almost an hour to Lobuche. From Lobuche we can see the best views of Mt. Lobuche, Mt. Pumari and Nuptse. Overnight at Lobuche.

March 22 Day 08: Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep (5100Mt). In the afternoon visit Everest Base Camp (5365mt) and back to Gorakshep Overnight at hotel – 8 hours trekking

After having breakfast early in the morning, we continue our trek to Gorekshep. The first hour of the trek today is an easy walk on the level trail. Then we climb up for 25 minutes or so followed by next thirty minutes of easy hike to catch the glacial moraines of Mt. Pumori all the way to Gorakshep. Today we will finally take you to your destination. After checking in at the lodge we will have lunch then continue to hike up the Everest Base Camp. The trek to Everest Base Camp is not very difficult, however we ascend and descend mostly on a glacier path. Everest Base Camp is really beautiful. We can enjoy the amazing view of Nuptse, Khumbuste & Pumori mountains from the base camp. During the spring season, all the climbers gather in Everest Base Camp with colorful tents can be seen as if we are in snowy tents park. After exploring the Everest Base Camp we return back to Gorekshep.

March 23 Day 09: Hike up to Kalapatthar (5545m) and back to the hotel, after breakfast Take a Helicopter and flight to Kathmandu (45m Flight)

Today early morning we start our hiking to catch the dramatic views from Kala Pathar. From here you can achieve the greatest moment of the journey full of excitement and satisfaction as soon as you reach the top of the big black rock. The view is superb including close up view of Mount Everest and base camp down to the Valley. It is almost beyond your imagination. From here you can see the Khumbu glacier along more than 20 high mountains. After visiting Kala Pathar we will descend to Gorekshep. After breakfast in Gorekshep we take a Helicopter and back to Kathmandu with panoramic view of Himalaya range.

March 24 Day 10: Final Departure to your Home Country

nhóm bạn chơi Helicopter về thì đúng là đội mạnh rồi. . Mình vừa bên đó về nếu các bạn ở Kathmandu thì nên đến ks avataar trong khu Thamel nhé mình ở đó dc 2 hôm và dv rát là tuyệt vời. Chúc bạn có một chuyến đi tuyệt vời
