Xem ra hệ thống chắc bị gì. Mình email cho LSQ, mà chưa thấy trả lời.
Mình nhận được 3 rồi. Còn 1 đơn thì trên ImmiAccount báo đã gửi thư đi lấy biometrics qua email nhưng email thì không nhận được (chung 1 email). Mình cũng mới gửi mail cho LSQ như kinh nghiệm của bạn nguyenkha, đang chờ trả lời
Vào immi lấy file pdf in ra được mà
Không có chỗ nào có file PDF để in bạn ơi. Chỉ có độc text như sau:
Biometrics collection
Applicants in selected locations applying for certain visas need to provide their biometrics in the form of fingerprint scans and digital facial photographs.
The following applicants are required to provide their biometrics:
• Name name (DOB )
Steps to organise the biometrics collection:
1. In Messages, locate, open and print the letter titled
"IMMI request to Provide Personal Identifiers"
.
2. Organise the biometrics collection by contacting your nearest Australian Visa Application Centre or Australian Biometrics Collection Centre.
3. All applicants listed need to attend the biometrics collection appointment in person together with the printed letter and their current passport.
Note: If the letter cannot be seen in the correspondence list, check your email inbox for an email version of the letter.

Hic, mình vẫn chưa nhận dc. Bạn có biết cái này do lỗi hệ thống hay là chậm xử lý vậy?
Mình nghĩ trường hợp như mình là lỗi kỹ thuật hệ thống thôi. Vì trên ImmiAccount đã có thông báo bước biometrics và xác nhận thư gửi vào địa chỉ email cung cấp. Mình gửi email cho LSQ thì sau đó họ gửi lại thư yêu cầu lấy biometrics và bản thông tin cần biết.
