Các bác ơi, em lại cần hỏi thông tin, đã có trường hợp nào bị như em chưa. Trong visa được duyệt, họ chỉ ghi mỗi First name and family name, thiếu Middle name. Ví dụ tên em là Nguyễn Thị Hồng Vân thì họ chỉ ghi là Van Nguyen. Như thế làm sao qua được sân bay và hải quan nhỉ. Em có viết email thì được trả lời là ko vấn đề gì như thế này:

The name order issue has been noticed by us for a period of time since the name of Vietnamese is quite long, therefore, the system could only recognize the surname and one or two of the given names. Since many clients provide their given names in the way by their own understanding, therefore, a lot of work on name order changes has to be conducted.
In fact, the name info in our system is consistent with the passport info, including name, date of birth and passport serial number. Therefore the name on the approval letter won’t impact applicant’s travel at airports and borders.
Therefore, we would not change the name order for applicants from Vietnam market. What you should do is to guarantee the info of passport to be provided accurately. What we could do is to double check the passport info with the info you provided on the application form.
