Visa condition 8101
- Visa condition 8101 applies to you. This means that you must not work while you are in Australia.
Visa condition 8201
- Visa condition 8201 applies to you. This means that you are only allowed to engage in up to but not
exceeding three months of study or training while you are in Australia.
Visa condition 8303
- Visa condition 8303 applies to you. This means you must not become involved in activities that endanger
or threaten any individual. You must also not become involved in activities that are disruptive to the
Australian community or a group within the Australian community. You must also not become involved in

government agencies. If you change your name, you must notify the change to all Australian government
agencies (Commonwealth, State or Territory) that you have dealings with.
Visa condition 8564
- Visa condition 8564 applies to you. This means that you must not engage in criminal conduct during your
stay in Australia.
Visa condition 8602
- Visa condition 8602 applies to you. This means that you must not incur an outstanding public health debt
while in Australia. You will breach this condition if you do not pay, or make arrangements to pay, the health
care facility where you have the debt. If you breach this condition your eligibility for future visas may be
affected and your visa may be cancelled.
You will incur an outstanding public health debt if you receive public health care or aged care services in
Australia, such as treatment at a hospital, and you do not pay the bill and the facility reports this debt to us. To
avoid incurring an outstanding public health debt, you will need to pay your health or aged care bills on time or
make an alternative payment arrangement with the facility.
